30,000 protest, 30 million go about getting on with their lives. It's really not going to matter. Oh Japan will do some renewables to placate these people, but they will never abandon nuclear energy toto all at once. They are a manufacturing economy for the world. Germany isnt.
ReplyDeleteArrogance, disgusting arrogance
DeleteNo its truth. Japan has the world's third largest economy. The world's third largest economy can't run on solar and wind. You know I am right and you also know Japan won't give up being the third largest economy.

ReplyDeleteThey dont need the power for their manufacturing bizzarro friend... They have those few reactors restarted but i think their outputs is less than 1 percent at this moment of what the country is using, so it seems their manufacturing needs are met without this poisonous garbage.
ReplyDeleteThey are using fossil imports. It's taxing their bottom line. The nukes are their home grown resource. My Japanese colleagues at JAERI are not worried. 30,000 doesn't make policy for the rest of the 100 million. Japan won't be held hostage by the small fraction of zealots.
