I like John Oliver. Too bad he doesnt see the forest for the trees. The best way to get rid of actinides is to destroy them in reactors. When you put something in the ground one day, people will find a way thousands of years from now to dig it up. Plutpnium as "the most dangerous element" is a myth. Thr specific activitu of Co60 is much worse to human health, even with the long half life and alpha emitter. Ref. Goiana. See Oliver is just playing to the mass hysteria of post Fukushima hype.
ReplyDeleteThere is no mass hysteria. Just because something goes against your program narrative does not mean that it is hysteria.
DeleteEnenews is hysteria. And hysterical. If the planet were truly toxic, the human population would not undergo exponential increase as it has.
Deletehealthcare costs at 20% of GDP and you think we are not living in a toxic environment? Seriously?
