Why Are All The "Riots" In Cities With Democrat Mayors

Updated list of Major cities in the headlines with major riot activity (so called protesters):

And not being racist or sexist.....but why are there such a disproportion of black female mayors?

And saw on TV today that a good corporate goal is to have 25% of the management be either black or Hispanic, which is way more than population proportional.    And why should a management position, or any position be based on race?    Ever, at all?

Only found one republican mayor but she is in California, so there is that.
